The qualified candidate SHOULD possess the following:
- Holding valid Saleperson's Licence or Estate Agent's Licence
- Having at least 2 years working experience in the sale and leasing of luxurious residential properties, preferably in Hong Kong Island
- Good interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Basic computer knowledge and day-to-day computer applications (such as using Multiple Listing System)
