Daisy Chan has 10 years of experience working in real estate. Starting in New York City in the 2000s, Daisy gained valuable experience in sales and marketing, interior design, property management, American real estate law, and working with international clientele.
After returning to Hong Kong, in 2010, Daisy expanded her knowledge into the advanced areas of contract drafting, tactful negotiation, acquiring special listings, floor plans and interior staging ideas. She also gained intimate knowledge of the local real estate submarkets, including Sai Ying Pun, PoHo, Mid Level West, Mid Level, Peak & South, Happy Valley, Tai Hang, Mid Level East, Kowloon Station and other areas.
Daisy is often described by her clients and colleagues as vivacious and passionate, and she is equally comfortable dealing with clients and landlords, as well as working closely with developers, affiliated contractors, and interior designers to meet critical timelines. With a sharp sense of esthetics and knowledge of the unique characteristics of each specific real estate submarket, and the established valuable connections and loyalty with all sorts of clientele that goes with that expertise, she believes regardless of your budget and specifications, she can find you your “Home Sweet Home.”
Daisy enjoys Architecture, Art Museums, Jazz music, Tennis, Yoga and Travelling. So far, she has been to over 25 countries, numerous exciting cities all over the world. She believes in Home is where our hearts belong; every problem comes with a solution and Life is an adventure, so we “Keep Going”! Daisy attained her tertiary education of Marketing in HK. She speaks fluent and well verse in writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
